Exchange & Returns

1.⁠ ⁠Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be exchanged.

2.⁠ ⁠We do not have any return policy.

3.⁠ ⁠We also provide exchange or upgrade of your jewellery within 2 years of your purchase. We offer 70% Exchange on all purchases. For e.g.; if you have purchased a piece for INR 10,000 and would like to exchange it, we will deduct only 30% of the value of your purchase ie 30% of 10,000 which is INR 3,000 and you have the balance 70% ie: INR 7,000 to purchase another piece.
