1. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be exchanged. 2. We do not have any return policy. 3. We also provide exchange or upgrade of your jewellery within 2 years of your purchase. We offer 70% Exchange on all purchases. For e.g.; if you have purchased a piece for INR 10,000 and would like to exchange it, we will deduct only 30% of the value of your purchase ie 30% of 10,000 which is INR 3,000 and you have the balance 70% ie: INR 7,000 to purchase another piece.
